Meetings

Meetings are usually held on the last Monday (and sometimes Tuesday) of each month, at either the Eliot Hall in St Germans, the Polbathic hall or the Royal British Legion in Tideford. Agendas are usually posted on the four parish noticeboards at Bethany, St Germans, Polbathic and Tideford. Agendas and minutes are also posted below the week before the meeting.

Please note that occasionally a planning application is submitted after the monthly agenda has been posted up, this is likely to still be considered by the Parish Council even if it is not on the agenda, in order to comply with planning time restrictions. If you are concerned then please pop along to the meetng (all details are on the front page of each agenda OR contact the Clerk if you are unable to attend in person).
